Full Journal pdf2009-04-01 Senate Journal Page 0740 HCR 13 Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 13 Certifying that the State of Alaska requests and will use any funds provided to the state, a state agency, a municipality, or a political subdivision of the state under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, be taken up. Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 13, which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 691) was read the second time and was before the Senate on final passage. The question being: "Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 13 Certifying that the State of Alaska requests and will use any funds provided to the state, a state agency, a municipality, or a political subdivision of the state under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCR 13 Second Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 15 NAYS: 4 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 VACANT: 1 Yeas: Davis, Ellis, French, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, McGuire, Menard, Meyer, Olson, Paskvan, Stedman, Stevens, Thomas, Wielechowski Nays: Bunde, Dyson, Therriault, Wagoner 2009-04-01 Senate Journal Page 0741 and so, HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 13 passed the Senate, was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.
